Chicken Rice with Vegetables Easy Main or Side Dish! |

2 large boneless chicken breasts 2 1/2 cups of white rice 1 cup sliced carrots 1 cup chopped celery 1 chopped med. white onion 2 Tbls. of olive oil 1 1/2 Tbls. Kitchen Banquet Browning Sauce 1 can of mushroom soup 2 cups of water

Brown chicken in the olive oil using a heavy skillet. Set aside to cool.
Add rice and chopped onion to same skillet you used to brown the chicken. Brown the rice and add chopped celery. Add mushroom soup and water to rice. Also add browning sauce and carrots. Let cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Keep covered.
Meanwhile, remove the skin from the chicken breasts and chop chicken into one inch cubes.
Stir chicken into rice.
Let simmer for 25-30 minutes or until rice and vegtables are tender.
