Chicken Roast Chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions, seasoning |

4-6 whole chicken legs OR 8-12 chcken leg pieces 6 carrots cut into thin sticks 2 large onions peeled and cut up 3 large potatoes cut up 1 lg bottle of Italian dressing
|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large roasting pan, evenly spread all vegetables and place chicken on top. Push the chicken part way down into the vegetables. Pour entire bottle of dressing over everything. Bake for one hour covered and then another 15-20 minutes uncovered. YUMMY!
