Chicken curry with mango

- 450 g chicken or turkey - 2 large mangoes - 20 cl milk unsweetened coconut - 2 large onions (red if possible: softer) - 50 g cashew nuts - Curry powder - Olive oil - Salt and pepper

Preparation Recipe Curry Chicken Mango:
Brown then sweat the onions in a skillet with olive oil. Cut the meat into pieces and brown well. Add the curry to your liking (you can adjust later) Peel the mangoes and cut into pieces (not too small). Add them to the preparation and the unsweetened coconut milk. Simmer for about twenty minutes. Add cashew nuts at the last minute (they will keep their side crunch). Salt and pepper.
