1kilo chicken,1tbspchilliesauce,1o tbsp peri peri sauce,1tbsp lemon juice,1 tsp salt,half tsp black pepper in powdered form,1tsp worcester sauce,1tsp soy sauce,1tbsp grape vinegar,1tbsp tarragon vinegar,mushrooms 6-81,1tbsp mustard paste

Marinate the chicken,punch it with fork,then add all the ingredients except button mushrooms ,which are cut in halves.marinate the chicken for 3 to 4 hours.take little olive oil and fry the chicken and fry in a med heat till the chicken becomes golden brown n then steam it placing the lid on the saucepan ,till the chicken becomes tender,do not dry the chicken ,it should be little saucy,add the mushrooms .serve with sauté vegetables you like and serve hot. t
