Cream Cheese Chicken
Super easy chicken dish
4 chicken tenders cut into bite sized pieces
1/4 cup cream cheese (I like the whipped kind)
2 tablespoons milk
2 cloves of garlic
1/8 cup onion
Salt and Pepper to taste

 

In a semi deep skillet cook the chicken pieces in a little olive oil on medium low heat until just cooked through (about 2 minutes per side). When the chicken is done take it out of the pan keeping any drippings in the pan.

Then add the onion and garlic to the pan and cook until soft and translucent.

Add the cream cheese, milk, salt, and pepper to the pan and mix it together until it melts down and forms a sauce.

Add the chicken back into the pan and coat it in the sauce.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes Serves: 2
