Creamy Chicken n' Rice Easy & Good |

2 chicken breasts, skinless, boiled, to tenderness. 1 can chicken broth 1/4 white flour 1/2 cup milk 1 cup white rice 3 tsp. salt 2 tsp. ground pepper 1 1/2 cups water 2 tbs. butter or margerine

In mediam pan put 1 cup water and place chicken breasts, boil for 15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes. Shread into bite-size peices. Set aside. In measuring cup, pour chicken broth, salt & pepper, and flour in, till thikened, and smooth. Set aside. In mediam sauce pan, melt butter or margerine. Add chicken broth mixture. Add milk. Mix and then add chicken. cook in till thick and creamy. In mediam pan bring 1 1/2 cup water to boil ,add rice, mix, reduce heat to a little under mediam, cook for 20 minutes, or untill water is absorbed. Serve Chicken & Gravy over rice.
