1/2 cup cooking wine or white wine 1/2 cup flour 2 eggs 2 tsp grated cheese 1 chicken boullion cube or canned chicken broth 2 TBSP butter 2 TBSP oil 2 TBSP lemon juice 1/4 cup water
|
Take 3/4 pieces of boneless chicken breast/slice in halves. Mix egg and cheese, Coat meat in flour then egg mixture. Heat oil till hot. Brown meat remove to paper towel, drain oil. Add butter,boullion,water heat till melted. Add Meat, Sprinkle lemon juice and wine. Simmer 10 mins. Enjoy!! * You can do the same with Canned Artichokes for Artichikes French.
