EGG STEW A Traditional way of preparing Egg curry |

6 Poultry Eggs. 200 grams Refined Oil. 4 Finely chopped Onions. 6 Lengthwise cut Green Chillies. 2 spoons Red Chilly powder. 2 spoons All Spice Powder. 2 spoons Turmeric powder. Salt to Taste.

Boil the Eggs. Peel the shell and set the eggs side.
Take a frying pan, pour oil and heat. First add the onions and fry them until they turn dark brown. Then add th green chillies, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, all spice powder and the boiled eggs. Fry until all the ingredients, except the eggs, turn into very dark brown.
Add salt and some water and simmer until the eggs and the other ingredients blend with each other well.
SERVE HOT.
