Easy Turkey Breast with Gravy Skinless boneless turkey and simple gravy. |

2 Boneless skinless turkey breasts 16oz carton turkey broth 4tbs. flour or cornstarch Salt Pepper
|
Place turkey into crockpot with all of the broth. Set crockpot to LOW. Switch to WARM after 2hrs. Leave crockpot on WARM setting overnight. Pour broth (through a strainer if desired)and juices from crockpot into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pull apart turkey breasts into large chunks, leave in crockpot. Combine flour with 1/4c. cold water. Slowly pour flour and water into saucepan while stirring constantly. Reduce gravy to desired thickness, add salt and pepper to taste and pour over turkey. Serve turkey and gravy mixture over waffles, stuffing, or mashed potatoes.
