Famous Chicken Wings
2 lbs of Wings
2 Beaten Eggs
1 Cup Flour Add Salt and Pepper in Flour to Taste. (You may need more flour depending on size of the wings and numbers)

Sauce:
12 Tbsp Soya Sauce
12 Tbsp. Water
2 cups white Sugar
2 Cups Vinegar
Mix Sauce in a pan, bring to a boil.

Dip Wings into Beaten Eggs.
Roll them in the flour mixture.

Heat some Canola oil in a large pan. Fry the wings until they are a bit brown, but not fully cooked. Put them in a baking dish.
Pour boiled sauce over the wings. Then let the Wings marinate overnight in the fridge.

Bake for about an hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Turn about half way through. Watch the wings carefully in the oven, and check regularly because they tend to burn.

Enjoy.
