Ginger with a Snap Lemon Chicken

Chicken, lemon Juice, Ginger with a Snap pepper preserves (pepperlane.com),onion, glaric, turmeric, salt, pepper.

1-1/2lb chicken breast, skinned and fat removed 1/2 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup Pepperlane Ginger with a Snap pepper preserves 1 medium onion, sliced 1 clove glaric, minced 1/4 tsp turmeric 1/4 teaspoon salt black pepper to taste
Place chicken in 13X9X2 glass baking dish. Mix lemon juice, Ginger with a Snap preserves, garlic, onion, turmeric, cover and marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight, turning occassionally. Sprinkle with salt and pepper cover and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 minutes more or until done.
