Chicken breast half (boneless & skinless) Zesty Italian dressing Other spice(s) of your choice

Mix dressing with spice(s). (I'm fond of dry rub fried turkey spice.)
Brush breast halves with dressing.
Get the fire right. Coals should be just 'whited over' without significant hotspots. With grate high, put chicken on for 15 minutess with grill lid lowered and vents open.
Turn chicken and brush with dressing.
Continue with lid lowered for 15 minutess, lower grate as temperature of coals diminishes and risk of burning is reduced.
Don't be bashful about brushing on more dressing and spice(s) at intervals but be careful not to overcool the chicken. This reduces stress on the male BBQ addict.
