Half and Half Chicken Fried Chicken Recipe |

1 whole chicken, cleaned and cut up seasonings (season to taste) flour 4 eggs 2 cups milk 4 bottles of barbecue sauce, 2 smoked and 2 honey
|
Mix eggs and milk in a bowl and set aside.
Clean and cut up chicken parts. Place flour and seasonings in another bowl, then start heating a skillet of canola oil till it crackles when hit with a droplet of water. When ready dip the chicken parts in the egg and milk mixture and shake off excess.
Dip chicken in flour till coated. Place in skillet and pan fry all chicken parts till lightly browned.
Drain oil from chicken parts then put in a 9x13 baking dish and cover chicken parts with barbecue mixture. Cover and bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes till done.
