Honey Curry Chicken

2/3 cup/150mL butter, melted
1 cup/250 mL liquid honey
1/2 cup/125 mL prepared mustard
2 Tbsp/30 mL curry powder
2 lb/1 kg chicken pieces, skinless
|
Combine first four ingredients in a baking dish. Place chicken in the pan, meaty side down. Bake 50-60 minutes, covered, until no longer pink inside. Preheat oven to 350F/175C.
