Joe's Chicken Chicken Cassarole |

1 can Crescent Roll Dough 6 slices Swiss Cheese 3 cups cooked Chicken, cut into bit size pieces (about 4 or 5 breasts) 2 8oz. cans sliced Water Chestnuts 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup 1 cup Miracle Whip ½ cup chopped Celery ½ cup chopped Onion 2 Tablespoon Butter ½ Sliced Almonds to put on top

Sautee onion & celery in butter. Mix chicken, water chestnuts, soup, miracle whip, celery & onion in bowl & place in covered 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 till bubbly, about an hour. Take pan out of oven and unroll 1 can crescent roll & place over mixture. Bake until golden brown. Cover with swiss cheese and almonds. Return to oven until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
