Kiev Delite Chicken kiev with rice and string beans |

2 large pieces of chicken Sprinklings of garlic 100ml of cooking cream Breadcrumbs 2 eggs String beans 100g of ordinary rice

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Turn the gas hob to medium. Slice each piece of chicken in half and cut a hole in the middle. Boil the cream, stirring all the time, for about 2-3 minutes or until smooth. Sprinkle a little garlic inside the holes in the chicken and pour 3/4 of the amount of cream inside too. Crack the eggs into a bowl and wisk 'till smooth. Spread a little egg to attach each half of of chicken together to make 2 pieces of chicken again. Dip the chicken in the egg and coat in breadcrumbs. Boil the rice and beans for about 10-12 minutes or until ready. Cook the chicken kievs for 30-40 minutes. Pour the rest of the cream over the entire dish and serve. Enjoy!
