Kung Foo Chicken Sweet Sour Chicken |

1 cut up chicken (browned) 1 package onion soup mix 1 jar apricot preserves 1 jar catalina or russian dressing
|
Brown chicken, place in roasting pan.
Mix rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake slowly at 325 degrees F. for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
The sauce makes a great gravy.
You can also substitute 1 can whole cranberries instead of the apricot preserves.
