Mozzarella Chicken Breasts

5 de-boned chicken breasts 1 can cream of chicken soup mixed with 1/3 cup water 2 cups stuffing 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted 5 slices mozzarella cheese
|
Place breasts on the bottom of a baking pan. Place a cheese slice on each breast. Cover with the soup mixture and sprinkle buttered packaged stuffing such as Stove Top over all. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees F.
