My Mouthwatering Chicken Chicken in the Crock Pot! |

5 lb. fryer chicken 3/4 cup white wine 1 small onion 2-3 carrots, peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks 1 bay leaf 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 2 cloves minced garlic 1/2 tsp. rosemary 1/2 tsp. thyme parsley, to taste

Cut onion into pieces that suit you best. Arrange with carrots in bottom of crockpot. Add garlic.
Place cleaned and rinsed chicken on top of carrots, etc. Sprinkle in spices except parsley. Pour wine over the whole shebang. Add parsley.
Cook on medium low for 7-8 hours.
