2 whole chicken breasts(skinned and halved) 3/4 cup orange juice 1 Tbls. vinegar 1 Tbls. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. chicken boullion granules 1 orange (peeled and sectioned) 2 Tbls. cold water 1 Tbls. cornstarch lettuce leaves

Place chicken breasts that are halved in an 8x8x12 baking dish. Mix together the orange juice, brown sugar, vinegar, and boullion granules. Pour over the chicken. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove chicken and cover with foil to keep warm. Pour juice from baking dish into sauce pan. Mix cold water and corn starch and add to the sauce pan. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, stir 2 more minutes then add in orange sections. Heat through. To serve, arrange chicken on a lettuce-lined platter, pour sauce over chicken breasts.
