Ranch Crusted Turkey Cutlets Uses Ranch dressing mix as a flavor base |
1 package turkey cutlets 1 envelope Hidden Valley® Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix 1/4 cup flour 2 Tbsp vegetable oil 1 1 gallon plastic bag
In plastic bag, combine flour and Seasoning Mix. Close bag and shake well to mix. Pat each cutlet dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture, and add cutlets to flour mixture.
Re-close bag and shake well again to coat turkey. You may want to mix with your hads to ensure even coating.
In a large pan, heat oil and begin panfrying cutlets, a few at a time. Do not overcrowd the pan. Cook until turkey is cooked through and coating is crispy and browned. Once cooked, you can place cutlets on paper towels to drain any excess oil if desired.
These go great as an entree or in a sandwich!
