Spicy Chicken Tenders Chicken Strips |

1 pkg chicken tenders (or cut up your own boneless breasts) Seasoned bread crumbs Olive oil 1/2 to 1 bottle Frank's Red Hot 1 stick butter
|
Melt butter in a sauce pan and add Frank's Red Hot. Place on very low heat, stirring occasionally.
Place skillet on medium to low heat, add olive oil.
Fill a ziplock bag with seasoned bread crumbs, rinse tenders in cold water and coat in bread crumbs.
Place coated tenders in skillet and brown until edges turn white. Turn and cook until tender.
When done, dip each tender in the Frank's Red Hot.
Tenders can be placed in a crock pot/roaster for a football party or in a pan in the oven to keep warm until ready to serve.
Can be served with Ranch dressing for dipping.
