Sweet n Sour Baked Chicken

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 12oz. jar apricot preserves 1 packet onion soup mix 1 small bottle of Russian dressing

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix apricot preserves, onion soup mix, and Russian dressing in a small sauce pan over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour mixture over chicken breasts in a 9x13 pan and bake for 1 hour. Serve with rice.
