Tarragon Spice Chicken
1 cup white wine
2 Tbls. fresh tarragon leaves
dash sage
1-2 chicken breasts
1 Tbls. Silver Swan soy sauce
dash sugar or 1 tsp. honey
fresh thyme and tarragon leaf garnish

In a skillet, place the chicken breasts. Add the wine, soy sauce, spices, and honey. Let the chicken cook on a very low heat, about 30 minutes, until tender, but not dry. You may need to turn the chicken breasts over half way through.

Garnish with fresh thyme leaves and a sprig of tarragon. Serve with fresh green beans. You can serve this with a wild rice blend mixed with fresh white rice, or scalloped glazed turnips.
