Thai Turkey
Delicious Turkey!
3-4 Lb.Turkey Breast

Marinade:
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
2-3 Tbls. Srirach Thai Hot Chili Sauce
1 Tbls. Cilantro
2 Tbls. Grated Ginger
6 Tbls. minced Garlic
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup dried cherries

 

Marinade overnite in Zip lock Bag.

Strain Marinade and reserve in the Fridge.

Bake the Turkey at Package Directions.

When Turkey is done, cook the marinade at a low to medium boil for about 20 minutes until it reduces to a BBQ sauce like consistancy.

Then add 1/2 cup dried cherries.

Serve with Turkey.
