Package of Lo Mein Noodles 2 Boneless Breasts of Chicken Bunch of Holy Basil 2 Shallots 2 TBSP Garlic 1 Red Pepper 1 Chicken Bouillon 3 Thai Chili Peppers Peanut Oil Spicy Sesame Oil (amount depends on how much spice you want) 1 TBSP Soy Sauce

In a pan, boil about a cup of water with the chicken bouillon and noddles until all water is evaporated. Drain and set aside. In a frying pan, dress the bottom with peanut oil (do not turn the heat on). Mix the chopped red pepper, shallots, basil, and chili peppers. Dice the chicken into chunks and add to the mixture. Top mixure with combination of the sesame oil and soy sauce. Turn heat on high. When chicken starts to brown, add the minced garlic. Fry until all chicken is cooked (about 10 minutes total) Add the lo mein noddles for another 5 minutes while mixing all ingredients together. Serve in large bowl.
