Anita's lowfat egg salad
eggs nonfat mayonnaise
5 hard cooked eggs
1/4 1/3c. non fat mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
t. relish
parsly flakes if desired

 

roughly chop up the eggs by hand or in a chopper. combine mayonnaise, relish, salt and pepper, and eggs in a mediom size bowl, stir and mix well. Stir in parsley flakes if desired
