Avocado Dressing or Dip
Delicious with Raw Veggies!
1 Large Ripe Avocado
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup Old ElPaso Salsa
1 Tbls.(rounded)chopped onion
1 tsp. Lemon or Lime Juice
1 Tbls. Prepared Mustard
1 tsp. Badia All Spice
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp.(pinch)salt
2 Tbls. honey

 

Cut avocado in half lengthwise. Remove seed and seed coating. Using a large tablespoon, scoop meat from avocado skins into large bowl. Using potato masher or cooking spoon, mash avocado into pulp. Add ingredients one at a time, blending in thoroughly.

With honey added last, taste and add salt to suit.

Use as sandwich spread on hamburgers, etc. Use as dip for raw veggies or it makes a great dressing on mixed green salads.

Stores well in Refrigerator for up to 8 weeks!
