2 avocados 1/4 cup olive oil juice of one lime or lemon salt and pepper, to taste garlic powder or minced garlic 1 medium onion, sliced

Peel and cut the avocados into bite-size pieces. In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients-except the onion. Serve over lettuce and garnish with onion rings.
