Best Potato Salad
Good southern potato salad
8-10 potatoes, boiled and cubed

1 C mayo

1/4 C yellow mustard

1/2 C sweet pickle relish

1 T onion powder (or use fresh diced onion)

1 tsp celery salt

1 tsp celery flakes

Sprinkle of sugar

 

Peel and cube potatoes; cover with water and boil until tender (not mushy). Drain and cool.

Combine other ingredients in a bowl, add potatoes and mix thoroughly. Flavor is best after refrigerated several hours, but may be eaten immediately. Adjust ingredients to personal taste, enjoy.
