Betty's Pasta Salad Vegetable Pasta Salad |

l lb. macaroni (shells, rigatoni, ziti, or your choice) 2 zucchini - washed, ends cut off and sliced into rings 2 carrots, peeled and grated l large onion - diced 2 stalks of celery - diced 2 Tbls. of fresh parsley - chopped 1 cucumber - peeled and sliced 1 pint of grape tomatoes l can of black pitted olives l green pepper - diced l large bottle of Italian dressing

Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain in colander and run cold water over macaroni.
Then, just add all the ingredients and stir gently.
Last, add the dressing and stir gently again. (If you like a zippier taste, add a little more dressing) Italian Robusto is perfect for this dish! Enjoy!
