1 cup plain nonfat yogurt 4 tsp. Dijon mustard 2 Tbls. honey 1 tsp. cider vinegar

Combine yogurt, honey, mustard and cider vinegar in a jar.
Tighten lid and shake until blended.
Chill 30 minutes before serving.
