Carrot-Raisin Salad

4 cups peeled shredded carrots 1 cup raisins 1/2 cup crushed pineapple 1 cup mayonnaise 8 lettuce leaf cups

In a bowl combine all ingredients except the lettuce leaves.
Toss to mix. Chill
Serve on lettuce leaves. Enjoy!
