2oz. bleu cheese
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. cottage cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Crumble bleu cheese with a fork and combine the remaining ingredients.
Makes about 1 cup.
