Coleslaw Dressing The Best Dressing Recipe for Coleslaw! |

2 eggs 1 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup white vinegar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. white pepper 1 pint salad dressing 1 5oz. can evaporated milk
|
Beat the eggs until fluffy, add the sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and cool at room temperature.
Add salad dressing and evaporated milk, blending until smooth.
Pour into a quart jar and refrigerate.
To make slaw, add only enough dressing to the cabbage that will be used that day.
This keeps in the refrigerator for several weeks!
