1 Box large shell macaroni, cooked and cooled 1 pound imitation crabmeat 1 cucumber, peeled and diced 1 Red onion (optional) 1 large bottle Dorothy Lynch Salad Dressing
|
Cook macaroni according to instructions on the box. Run under cool water and drain.
Chop crabmeat, cucumber, and red onion. Toss all ingredients together with 1/2 bottle of Dorothy Lynch Salad Dressing. Refrigerate overnight.
Salad will need the remaining salad dressing just before serving.
