Creamy Walnut Dressing Capt. Tom CIRCA 1952 |

1 cup walnut pieces, chopped 1 cup orange juice 3/4 cuup virgin olive oil 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar 1/3 cup sour cream 2 rounded Tbls. Dark Brown Sugar
|
Place all the ingredients in an electric mixer or food processor. Process until thick and creamy with no bits or pieces in evidence.
Great with almost any salad, even fruit! Excellent on green salads or bean salads!
