Fabulous Flag Cobb Salad Perfect for the 4th of July! |

1 large head romaine lettuce, washed (about 8 cups) 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 3 eggs, hard boiled, chopped 1 avacado, cut into 1/4 inch cubes 1 cup crumbled blue cheese 1/2 lb. sliced turkey breast, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1/2 lb. Black Forest ham, cut into 1/2 inch pieces 1 can pitted olives, chopped 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Slice romaine lettuce into thick strands. Fill an 11 x 7 inch rectangular dish with sliced lettuce.
Arrange cherry tomaotes, cut-side down, into a square in the top left corner. Lay chopped hard-boiled eggs, avocado cubes, crumbled blue cheese, turkey breast slices, Black Forest ham slices and olvies in horizontal rows, in order to created stripes across the salad.
Serve ranch dressing on the side.
