Fantastic Bean Salad

1 17oz. can English Peas, drained
1 17oz. can corn, white or yellow, drained
1 15oz. can cut green beans, drained
1 15oz. can black beans, drained
1 15oz. can garbanzo beans, drained
1 12oz. jar pimentos, drained
3/4 cup celery, diced
1/2 large red onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
parsley, to taste
Dressing:
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup white vinegar

In a large bowl, toss all the first ingredients and set aside.
In sauce pan, add the dressing ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer for about 3-5 minutes while stirring.
Remove and cool before adding to salad.
