Guacamole Salad Avacado Dip |

4 Ripe California Avacados 1/2 Small Onion 1 fresh lemon 1 Medium Tomato Salt Pepper Garlic Powder
|
Slice the avacadoes in half, remove the seed and peel back the skin. Mash the avacado thoroughly with a potato masher and set aside.
Dice your onion and tomato into very small pieces and add them to the mashed avacadoes.
Cut your lemon in half and squeeze lemon juice into the mix. Add 1/2 tsp. of salt and the same with pepper. Add a dash of garlic powder and stir ingredients together.
Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
This is a great dip for corn tortilla chips!!!
