Horiatika Salata (Greek Peasant Salad) Quick, easy, and very tasty! |

Ingredients: 4 large tomatoes cut into bite size pieces. 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced 1 onion, thinly sliced 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 1/2 cup greek black olives 1/4 cup olive oil 1/8 cup malt vinegar dash of oregeno black pepper salt

Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, feta cheese, and olives into a serving bowl. Add olive oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with oregeno Salt and pepper to taste. Toss and serve.
