4 large Potatoes 1 medium size onion 4 Tbls. Vinegar 6 Tbls. Oil 6 Tbls. Water Instant Bouillon & seasoning powder (Chicken, garlic, herb flavor) Pepper and salt to taste
|
Boil Potatoes with skin.
Chop onion and place in bowl.
Slice the first potato while it is still hot and mix well with the chopped onion. Let the other potatoes cool off before you slice them, since they like to break apart when they are still hot.
After you sliced them add vinegar, oil, water, salt, and bouillon mix in bowl.
Mix well. Sprinkle pepper on top. Serve warm and enjoy !!!
