Light and Easy Chicken Salad

3/4 Cup Light Mayo or Miracle Whip 1/2 tsp. Ginger 1/4 tsp. Salt 3 Cups Cooked Chicken 1 1/2 Cups red seedless grapes 1/2 cup broken walnuts (or pecans)

Combine Mayo, ginger, and salt. Stir in chicken, grapes, and nuts. Makes 5 cups.
Serve on Honey buttered Crossaint with lettuce leaf for extra special treat!
