Low-Calorie Shrimp Salad

8 oz. Small-curd cottage cheese 1 pound Shrimp; boil, peel, deveined, chopped 2 Eggs, hard cooked, mashed fine 1/2 cup olives; chopped, opt. 1 large Tomato sliced Salt and pepper Paprika
|
Mix together cottage cheese and shrimp.
Add eggs, olives, salt and pepper. Mix well. Sprinkle with paprika for color. Arrange tomato slices over top of shrimp mixture.
