Ms Myras Broccoli Salad
Its Made Her Famous At Our Church Potlucks! |

2 heads broccoli, chopped fine
1/2 cup Vermont sharp white cheese, shredded
1 medium onion, finely chopped
6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
DRESSING
1/2 cup mayonnaise (Hellmans)
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tbls. vinegar
|
Mix all together, chill. Place some more crumbled bacon on top for decoration if so desired. Stir just before serving!
Ms. Myra makes this when we have potluck at our church...and we often threaten to hide in the closet and eat it all!! If she does not make this one, we give her a hard time! Try it, its sure to be a favorite at your house too!!
