Thinly sliced mushrooms Chopped tomatoes stoned black olives chopped green pepper Diced seedless watermelon white onion rings Cos lettuce leaves mignonette lettuce leaves baby spinach sliced cucumber watercress

Ways to Serve or Prepare:
Marinate in French dressing.
Place in bowl, pour French dressing before serving.
Serve without dressing.
Toss with French dressing.
Be imaginative in use of the leaves. I've added baby dandelion and nasturtium leaves to mine.
French Dressing:
Shake together: 1 cup white wine vinegar 1 1/2 cups good quality olive oil 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. castor sugar 1 tsp. hot mustard 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper.
Store in refrigerator.
