Schwäbischer Wurstsalat
1 lb bologna
1/2 lb swiss cheese
6 medium kosher dills
1 medium sharp onion
4 Tbsp Vinegar
4 Tbsp Oil
2-3 Tbsp Water
Pepper and salt to taste

 

1.Cut the bologna and cheese into very thin strips.
2.Cut the dills into small cubes.
3. Cut the onion into small cubes.
4.Combine all in a salad bowl.
5. Add Vinegar, oil, water, salt, and pepper.
6. 2.Let rest for at least an hour so the flavors have a chance to develop.
