Totally Fabulous Spinach Salad A Spinach Salad Unlike Any Other |

Baby Spinach Salad Grapeseed Oil Seasonings Crumbled Feta Cheese Turkey Or Chicken Breast Olives Pineapple Mandarin Oranges Kidney Beans Almonds Cranberries Sun Dried Tomatoes Bell Pepper Onion Mushrooms

5 Cups - Fresh Baby Spinach (Bagged spinach from store is prefered) 3 TBSP - Grapeseed Oil (Pour over the salad and blend together) 1/4 Cup - Seasonings (The choice is yours, mix in your favorite) 1 Cup - Feta Cheese (Make sure you use crumbled as it blends well with the spinach) 20 - 30 - Medium size piece of turkey or chicken breast from the deli, sliced into pieces 40 - 50 - Olives, slice them into small round pieces (The choice is yours, pick the kind you like best) 3/4 Cup - Pineapple chunks/pieces or Mandarin oranges (Please choose what you prefer) 1/2 Cup - Dark red Kidney Beans 1/2 Cup - Roasted almonds and Cranberries blend, or you may do them seperate at 1/6 of cup each 3/4 Cup - Sun Dried Tomatoes diced into bite size pieces 1½ Cup - Green/Yellow/Orange/Red bell pepper, choose one color or use a mixture of all 3/4 Cup - Red or White Onion minced into small pieces 1/2 Cup - Mushrooms sliced and diced
Directions:
Blend together then shake in bowl for 20 - 30 seconds so ingredients can blend together smoothly
Top with you favorite dressing, here are some suggestions from my kitchen: Again the choice is yours
Poppy Seed, Sun Dried Tomato Oregano, Balsamic Vinaigrette, Roasted Red Pepper Vinaigrette, Honey Mustard, Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette w/ Roasted Red Pepper
Serve Promptly once topped with dressing
If you choose to save for later, skip the dressing, and immediately refrigerate, but don't do it for longer then 12 hrs, as salad will begin to wilt.
