Zesty Taco Salad

1 can drained kidney beans 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 pkg. taco seasoning 1 cup water 1 bag plain tortilla or nacho chips 1 head iceberg lettuce 3 medium tomatoes 1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese French or California salad dessing
|
Brown ground beef and drain liquid. Mix in taco seasoning and water and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Wash lettuce and cut into bite-size pieces using lettuce knife.
Cut tomatoes into bite size pieces. Break tortilla chips into bite size pieces.
Place ground beef, tortilla chips, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheddar cheese into Serving Bowl.
Add dressing to taste and toss.
If you prepare this sald in advance, please keep tortilla chips and dressing on the side and mix when ready to serve.
