2 Cheese Roast Beef Wrap

4 flour tortillas 1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise 1/2 lb. thinly sliced roast beef 2 Red onion, thinly sliced 1 tomato, seeded and chopped 4 slices Romaine lettuce 4 slices American Cheese 4 slices Swiss Cheese
|
Place tortillas on a flat work surface. Spread mayonnaise on tortillas (just until lightly covered).
Layer remaining ingredients in this order onto tortilla: swiss cheese, roast beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, and american cheese.
After ingredients are layered, roll it up and wrap in plastic wrap and chill until serving.
Yield: 4 sandwich wraps
